Terms & Conditions of the Auction:
A 10% buyers premium will be added to all bids to determine the final sales price. Sales tax will be collected on the gross sales price unless you are tax exempt. You must provide a copy of your tax exemption certificate to the auction company.
Payment made payable to Pearce & Associates by Cash, Certified Funds, Bank Wire Transfer or Credit Card. We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express up to $1500. Purchases over $1500 must be paid in cash or certified funds.
All items sell As Is, Where Is, without warranty or guarantee.
All items purchased in this online auction must be picked up by the purchaser onsite. We do not ship. We also do not load! Please bring your own tools, dollies, boxes and packing materials and labor to load your purchases. No Exceptions.
We encourage personal inspection of the items. You may attend the OPEN HOUSE inspection on Thursday, January 16 or Friday, January 17, 9am until 4pm. The Auction will begin to close on Friday, January 17 starting at 7:00pm eastern time.
Pickup & Payment of your purchases will be the January 20, 21 & 22, 9am until 4pm each day. Pallet racking cannot be removed until after January 22 when the shelves have been emptied. Pallet racking purchaser must arrange pickup by appointment.
