IMPORTANT INFORMATION!- Lender Ordered Business Assets Liquidation Sale - Pearce & Associates has been commissioned by a significant lending institution to liquidate business assets including fine office furniture, fixtures and appliances.  THIS IS A ONE LOT AUCTION!!!!  - Please look at the Project Documents and download the list - PLEASE NOTE this is a list given to us by the storage facility and in addition to what is shown on those documents there are refrigerator units as well.    Items are located at 520 Air Base Boulevard, Montgomery, AL Sale Ends:   Tuesday 3/28/23 starting at 7pm Central time Inspection:  Tuesday 3/28/23 from 10am to 1pm Central Time at 520 Air Base Blvd Montgomery, AL  PAYMENT:  YOU MUST PAY AT THE PEARCE OFFICE on March 29 by 4pm Central time  at 720 Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster, AL 35007.  Once you are paid you may then go to the facility that has the items stored after we have notified them that you are fully paid.   They will show you the items and you will be allowed to load them at the dock.  Please bring your own help!   Pick up:  Must be picked up no later than 3pm Central Time March 31, 2023   Questions?  Damon Folmar, AL #5610 Sale Manager   205.966.8114  or [email protected]

The Successful High Bidder will own everything for one price and is responsible for removal no later than March 31st at 3pm Central Time The High BIdder will pay in person at Pearce and Associates office at 720 Fulton Springs Road - Alabaster, AL 35007 and once paid will have the storage facility notified that this lot will be released to them for pick up.   Buyer to provide their own labor to help load.    See the project documents for a list of the items - not shown on the list are refrigerators.   Photos are provided to us by the Lender and were prior to them being individually packaged and transported to the storage facility.
