Bidding Ends Tuesday, Jan. 31st @ 7:00pm central
Pickup and Payment: Weds, Thurs, and Friday, Feb. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd from 9am-3pm.
Soft ending: If a bid is placed in the last 5 minutes of the auction, that item will extend the time remaining another 5 minutes and will continue to extend as long as bidding takes place. This allows you time to defend your bid. Do not attempt to defend your bids with seconds remaining since some bidders may not have adequate internet service.
Max Bids: A max bid simply keeps you in at the next increment up to the amount you enter as a max.
Opens House Inspection: All items are located at the Pearce Auction Center at 720 Fulton Springs Road, Alabaster, Alabama 35007. Open house is Monday, Jan. 23rd and Tues. Jan. 24th, 9am until 3pm. On those days you can come and crank the vehicles and inspect them.
Bid Retractions or bid cancelations are not possible. Once you register and place a bid, you are under contract with the seller. We do not allow bid withdrawels.
Terms: 10% buyers premium. All title work will be prepared by Pearce & Associates. A fee of $65 per vehicle will be added for Alabama Title Work. The only exception will be licensed automobile dealers and non Alabama residents. Titles will be mailed to those buyers within 10 days of the auctions ending. Sales tax will be collected by Pearce & Associates and remitted to the City, County & State. Alabama does not require titles on trailers!
As Is. All items are sold as is. Pearce, nor the seller guarantees year, make, model, miles or condition of items sold at auction. All items are avaiable for inspection prior to bidding.
Payment: All bidders are required to set up a bidding account using a valid credit card. Final payment for purchases will be by CASH, CERTIFIED FUNDS made payable to Pearce & Associates, BANK WIRE. We do accept credit card payments up to $1000. All over $1000 will require one of the other stated payment options.
